Need a new power supply

Hey guys, I bought a ASUS R9 270X Directcu ii and after connecting it to my computer, it shut off and after trying to figure it out, I eventually tried out the paper clip test on my power supply and it seems to be dead. It needed to be upgraded anyways so looks like now is the time. What I'm looking for is around 550 watts for around 50 - 60 dollars. I do not plan on overclocking as I have stock fans anyways. Basically, I need a good psu for a cheap price. Thank you.
