Question need a new processor

im trying to get a new processor because the one i have now is holding me back im using a AMD FX(tm)-6300 six-core processor, 35000 Mhz 3 core(s) at the moment can anyone recommend a new processor?

You need a whole new core , no FX upgrade will help.

Is this for gaming? I agree with the above. The 8320 or 50 just doesn't game faster enough to make it worth buying. And at this point the system is so old/dead that it doesn't make sense to spend money on it anymore. You really need a new "core".

That won't fit on his board. And we don't know his location so suggesting a place out of India might not be the best idea.

Additionally it’s hard to justify investing in obsolete hardware unless you already have everything else, as he would need a new motherboard this is not a path I would recommend.
