Need a new router for a home I'm about to move in

My new house I'm moving into is aproxx. 315 square meters/3300 square feet
I need a router to provide good coverage everywhere in the house
Below is a diagram of the house
I'd also appreciate any advice on where to put the router

WIFI in a house that spread out, will probably require multiple WIFI access points. Do you have ethernet cabling in the house?
