I need a case without all the bling. I want something with good cooling, quiet, and not real big.
I am considering Antec 300 or CM Gladiator 600. Both are around 56.00 at diff. stores. Any opinions.

Also need HD, DVD burner,Card reader

^ CM 690 would also be a very good choice...it is very spacious and is well build and has very good airflow...Even you can check out the Thermaltake Element S...

And if you wont be Crossfiring, you can drop the PSU to something like the Antec EA 500/ Corsair 550VX...
Or this is a very good deal for the money...And is modular too...

I looked at the 690 but I didnt like the ports on top. TT ELE S I dont like. I already purchased the psu.

Antec 300 or CM Gladiator 600 are good choices,depends on taste.

I like lian li k56 and k58 no window. CM 590 also in. So out of the five which has best cooling, quietest, small size, best dust filtering, ease of installing components, and price. I am not looking for the cheapest but dont want to go too crazy because I went a little over on major components. I want a bottom mount psu.

^ If you want best cooling, then you would have to add additional fans to the case...but that inturn would lead to increase in noise...
Of the lot, I would go for the K58 > K56/ CM 590...Another option that you can check this one...It has LEDs, but they can be turned OFF...

I bought a Lian-Li PC-7F for my build last month (intending to re-use it for more builds in the future) and have been very happy with it so far. It's light-weight, quiet, and unassuming - just cut the wires for the LED's on the front fan, or replace it with the 140mm fan of your choice. It also has bottom-mount PSU.

It's a bit pricey, but i'm planning on reusing it multiple times, so i didn't mind paying more for a component that i can use for upwards of 7 years (like my PSU w/ 7-year warranty)
