Need a Psu & cabinet with Dust filters and Proper cable management.

Hi guys first of all here are my specs.

Main board-Asus P8p67 pro rev 2
PSU-Cooler master GX 550w
Cpu-I7 2600k
Hdd- 2x2tb
Dvd drive- 2x
Ram- 4x2gb
Gpu-msi n580 twinfrozer ii (dead)
Cabinet-unbranded with poor cooling no dust proofing.
So, guys I want to buy a new cabinet with plenty of space good airflow, dust filtering, cable management & transparent side panel.
I just ordered the Msi geforce gtx 1060 gaming x and I think it may not fit my current cabinet because last gpu was tight fit at my cabinet.

Also I would like you guys to suggest me a good psu because current one once smelled like something burning,
I would like to buy a 600w or 650w one.
My budget under 10k for Cabinet & 10k for psu. In india.

Yep.. 500 was minimum requirement, but for future use.
Btw can psu damage gpu if psu was faulty
