So my build would be:
B450m bazooka plus
Ryzen 3 2200g
Nvidia GTX 1060
8gb ram (single stick)
2 HDDs
1 SSD

My future upgrades would be:
Another SSD
6 RGB fans
Better fan or liquid cooling
M.2 SSD
More ram

Now, since my friend bought an FSP Aurum S Gold 700w from a shop and it seems to be working fine, should I consider getting it? Or should I get better options such as:
-FSP 92+ Platinum 650w
-FSP Raider II Silver 650w

Note: the Aurum and 92+ seem to be from 2013-2014 but the seller maintains that it is brand new.
The Raider II seems to be from last year.
So which is the best option?

get the cheapest from these options, all will do fine for your purposes
It's kinda dodgy with the age of the platinum and gold though, don't you think? Although the silver is still the cheapest among the 3 the difference in price is not really that noticeable honestly... Around 4$ between.

All PSUs are compatible to the standards ATX 12V 2.31 & EPS 12V Version 2.92.
Technically the platinum should still be the best amongst the options. If it´s really that old, clarify if the warranty is still 5 years from selling date and not production date.

The date code should be labeled on the PSUs
