Need a quick reply about cooler

Help I am about to order some stuff from 1 seller but only problem is this:

I need this cooler as I am having some problems with stock cooler on 1366 system.
And now, the problem is that it comes without little metal holders for fan.
So my question is can I place fan somehow to blow through passive part without it being directly mounted on it?

How can it come without mounting clips to attach the fan the heat sink? That makes no sense! I'd look for another cooler if that is true. You can try using plastic zip ties (the type you loop through then lock then cut off the excess slack) but I'm not sure how well that would mount depending on where the heat sink and fan attachment points could be.

The pictures show metal brackets holding the fan on.

I can use zip ties and the problem is solved!

Why are the metal holder's bad?

He doesn't have them in pack...
I will use zip ties and ask seller to reduce price(currently just under 9 euros)

Another options would be some thin bent and cut metal like from coat hangers
