Need a quiet air cooler for 16-core Xeon running 24-7

Specifically the E5-2683 v4. I have two of them in a desktop chassis that will be sitting next to my desk. I would like to not have to listen to fan noise all the time. The max dimensions for the cooler and and attached fans are 160mm x 160mm and 175mm tall.

Any good recommendations?

Noctua NH D15 or Cryorig R1. dual towers. see if that fits.

slightly smaller ones: Noctua NH UD14 , not sure if that's the real name, making up numbers here, dark rock pro 3

even less, but same. Cryorig H5 ultimate and Noctua the 120mm one. I'm not making up any more model numbers.

Thanks for your reply. All of those heat syncs are bigger than the 160x160mm footprint. I have the Noctua NH D15 for another computer and its definitely too large. The biggest Noctua that will fit is the Noctua NH-U14S

yep. I gave a whole profile. 160mm would be the noctua, the 120mm one and the Cryorig H5 ultimate. those cool up to 180w, which the Xeons are 140w right? I don't remember TDp very well. well I checked 120w, shold be fine.
