Need a recommendation for a good SATA host card.

I spent $95 (soon to be $60) on a WD Caviar 250GB earlier.

Unfortunately, in my excitement of getting more disk space (I've been living on a 40GB HDD for a few years), I forgot that I have an IDE interface on my mobo and not SATA.

Is this one decent?

Thanks in advance.

From the picture, it seems to be using a Silicon Image 3112 chip, in which case it's a decent choice and should serve you well. If you plan on installing Windows XP on it though, you'll need to put the drivers on a floppy disk or streamline them into your install disk since WinXP doesn't have built-in ones for these controllers.
