what kind of psu do i need ! one that doesnt fry my components while im sleeping

You need a quality psu of 450w or more.

No harm if you overprovision to 550 to 750w; the psu will only draw the power demanded, regardless of the max capability.

Consider a quality power supply as a long term investment. They do not go obsolete easily. You can keep it over several rebuilds.

I've seen many youtubers using 600watt psu; which psu you want; go with tier A and B ignore the rest:)

Seasonic focus plus gold 550 watt
Corsair CXm 550 watt

Each come with good warranty and reputation. Each should give you yrouble free operation for years. They have descent voltage regulation which is critical for modern gpu's which can suddenly spike amp load (transients which cause voltage sag) I aim for tier 2 in terms of quality. They should run you $80 to $100 depending on availability.
