I need a Reliable and powerful enough PSU to power my new rig i'm going to build.

Rig:
AsRock Z77 Extreme 6 Motherboard
i7 3770k 3rdgen
Asus Geforce GTX 660 DirectCU OC 2GB Graphics
16gb (2x8gb) G.Skill Sniper 1600mh memory
120gb SSD (looking around still)
1 TB Barracuda HDD sata 3 7200rpm
21.5inch Samsung 1080p HD monitor
Antec KUHLER H2O 920 CPU Cooler
Blueray dvd optical drive
Couple of fans.
and other stuff such as case and etc.

I've researched a bit about my GPU and motherboard requirements to be somewhere about 650W but not sure to go with 750W. Also, would it be beneficial for a psu with the 12V+ having a larger amp output?
Also, it cant also be too expensive. I'm spending enough as it is.
I still don't seem to have a good idea.

I will be also overclocking medium to medium/heavy.
Goal of about 4.5 to 4.6ghz.

Cheers in advance.

+1 to the above,

If you want to save money, how comes you're getting an i7/Extreme6/16GB of RAM when an i5/Extreme4/8GB of RAM would have the same performance (assuming this is a gaming rig). You don't have a very powerful graphics card compared to the rest of your rig either.

I'd also recommend staying away from pre-filled watercooling loops, you can overclock better and for cheaper on high quality air coolers.

Although those parts are expensive, i actually need them as i will be video rendering alot and overclocking.
And as for the 16gb ram, i like to set up VMWare Computers and will be needing that as well as the
i7 for the processing power.

Also for the graphics, i only need something that's powerful enough to run games near max settings
for graphics intense games.

OK if you need them, then it's a fine build. I was just checking since 95% of people here are aiming for a purely gaming rig, and most people don't do any video rendering, so it never hurts to check that people are buying what they need, rather than what they want!
