Need A Replacement CPU and Motherboard !

My computer wasn't working so i took it to diagnostics. Turned out that the CPU and motherboard burned out.
I originally had an AMD CPU.

So I need a CPU And Motherboard thats $170 (Would prefer AMD)

Before we go off with suggestions, what are your current system's specs? List them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

You will also need to get DDR4 ram if you're working with DDR3 at the moment.
