[SOLVED] Need a reputable place to buy 99 percent iso alcohol because 91 percent leaves an oily film when I clean my gpu with it.

Where can I get 99 percent isopropyl alcohol to clean my pc with? Ive called several pharmacies here in Louisiana and none of them sell it in front or behind the counter. 91 percent even if used with a cotton swab or a non conductive paint brush still leaves an oily residue even though the bottle says the inactive ingredient is water, I cant imagine what the oily film is. Amazon sales 99 percent alcohol but its not sold by the manufacturer which means I cant verify that its actually 99 percent. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Or can someone say scientifically that the film is not harmful, rust causing, conductive etc etc and that it will definitely evaporate? Also I found an mg chemicals 99 percent but is says its anhydrous. Is that still safe for computers?
