Need a Right Angle USB 3.0 20-Pin adapter

Has anyone seen a right angle, low profile adapter for the 20 pin USB3.0 header on the motherboard? I need it for clearance under a graphics card. I'm not looking for a USB3 to USB2 adapter. I want to keep it USB3. 20 pin in, 20 pin out.

Unfortunately, no. I'm looking for a 20 pin in/20 pin out male/female right angle.

If my board had that, I wouldn't need to find a right angle adapter. 😉

I am looking for something like this. My USB 3.0 cable is in the way of potential GPU upgrades, and having the female to male adapter would be ideal, since the cable is a female itself. Where did you find the one in this pic?

It isn't an adapter. What you are looking at is part of the motherboard.
