Need a serious upgrade

okay guys i have a gateway dx4822-01 its old as hell and it can't run anything except league of legends at low, i have 175 bucks what video card, psu, and cpu can i get to run titanfall ?

A new CPU would require a new motherboard as well, and then $175 isn't going to cut it.

You could go for just a graphics card and power supply. If you're using integrated graphics now, that's going to be a huge upgrade still.

Sorry, but you would need a new motherboard to use a new CPU. You can't really build anything to play titanfall for $175.

i was thinking a core 2 quad q9400 a 630 2gb and a 450w psu

That will not run titanfall even at lowest settings. The GPU is far too weak.

A 750 Ti or R7 260X would be a good idea.

and would the 750 ti bottleneck my current cpu? its a pentium dual core e 5300 i know the answer is probably yes but im just wondering

Yes your current CPU would be quite a bottleneck. Titan fall NEEDS 4 cores.

so should i get the core 2 quad now? and save up a bit more for the 750 ti? and would a 350w psu be good enough ? or should i upgrade that too?

At that resolution, you are looking at decent settings if you throw a core 2 quad in there more than likely.
