Need a small pc for Uni

Hi everyone, I'm looking to sell my current pc (worth around 1100 fresh) for cheaper and putting money in towards a new small build for University. I'm looking to game, be able to play most games high-max at 60. Will also be doing some video and photo editing, and streaming. Any advice? I'll probably pitch in a couple 100, so I guess the limit would be $1300. I already have a monitor, keyboard, headphones, etc...
