The first time I've ever come here, I'm building my first gaming PC. So as you can see I have a bit of a problem with my motherboard. Would you be able to assist me in suggesting something best alternative of ASUS ROG STRIX X399-E or is it fine? because I need a good & fast motherboard at a reasonable price for my new build?

Is there a special reason for using Threadripper ? One of best reasons for it is being able to use a lot of memory ny you are getting only 16GB. Considering your GPU it's probably for gaming and R9 5950 would be much better and cheaper.
Otherwise, there are no faster or slower MBs, they will all give you about same (invisible) performance.
