Need a VGA and CPU air cooler!!!

Hi guys, I am looking foward to buy a GTX 980ti. I'm in between the Asus Strix or Gigabyte Windforce Xtreme versions. Also I'm looking for a cpu air cooler. My requirements are silent and good. I'm in between the Cryorig M9I and CoolerMaster Hyper 212X ( Do CoolerMaster Hyper 212X and CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO the same?). Thank you.
