Need a video/graphics card for my dell optiplex 740 desktop

It currently has no graphics card in the PCIe slot so I am wanting to buy a gaming graphics card for it.
I will be playing cs go and other games like it so I don't need that much power. Im pretty sure it has to be low profile compatible and maybe about 1gb of power.

Use Speccy, a free program, to get more info on your computer. CPU? Motherboard? 1gb of power? What does that mean? 1gb of ram? What resolution are you hoping to run at? What's your budget?

Thats the specs (Im the desktop version)

yes just need 1gb or video card ram

wanting to play games at 720p but at a solid 30-60 fps
