Need a Xeon Workstation Motherboard that runs Windows 10 with DirectX support

I need your help
I have assembled a workstation with the below specs
- ASRock Motherboard LGA 2011 EP2C602-4L/D16
- CPU Dual Intel Xeon E5-2670 Eight Cores Processors 2.60Ghz 20MB Smart Cache 8.00 GT/S QPI TDP 115W SR0KX BX80621E52670
- 64 GB DDR3 ECC
- Dual GTX 1070TI
- Samsung 860 512GB SSD
- and other items

in short , this workstation is great and solid fast performance with one problem
the asrock Motherboard does not work with Windows 10 .
keeps on freezing when on windows 10 but works normally with windows server 2012 R2.

I know this is a server board and a server OS
which is the reason i need your help
what is the BEST Board to use while keeping all other items to run windows 10 and take advantage of the GPU power with SLI and directX ?

Which version of Windows 10? Where did your Windows 10 install media come from?

@kanewolf , windows 10 pro official DVD and updated to the latest fall creators update .
Freezing is not related to which windows 10 version . It's reported by other owners of the same motherboard due to missing driver support from asrock . And generic drivers or drivers for older windows did not solve the problem .

Windows server drivers can usually be used with Windows 10. Server 2008 I believe.

For Win 10 alternatives, I think Server 2012 drivers, instead of Server2008.

Guys i don't want to find ways to make this motherboard work ! i already tried all possible drivers from Asrock and generic ones.
its a dead end ... i need alternative motherboard that would run my xeon cpus and is proven to work with windows 10 with SLI support
