I have 1 RX360 in pull at top, 1 RX240 Push/pull bottom and my question is should I throw another EX140mm (push/pull) in the front or just put a case fan there. Keep in mind I will have one case fan at front bottom. What do you think the temp improvement will be? Looking to overclock to 4.5ghz and 1400-1450mhz on the GPUs.

Running a 6700K i7 and 2x 980gtx in the loop. See pics:

I think you will be cutting it close for rad surface area. I think I would go with another rad on the front, next to the case fan, and set the nkn rad fans to pull as much air into the case as they can. What temps are you getting? Try looking around online, see if.maybe there is a site to calculate how much TDP you have and what benefits another rad would give you. If you plan to overclock a lot though, and it looks like you are, I personally follow this rule of thumb (disclaimer: this is what I would do, I don't own two epic cards or an i7) you need one rad fan per stock component (i.e. a 140 for a CPU at stock) but two rad fans per OC component (so a 240-280 each) so I would recommend getting another rad, just as long as you can get...
