Question need advice about my situation oc ram

i have hyinx cjr ram xmp 3200cl16 at 1.35vi oc my ram to 3400cl16 at 1.36v i have a ryzen 5 2600 only 1 ram stick 8GB i tried to oc my ram at 3400cl14 useing amd ram calculator but the recomended voltage was 1.46v and i did not want to go above 1.38 so i set it to 1.38 and now pc wont boot but powers up i have tried clearing the cmos with the pins and battery need advice for what to do next also the pc powers up but the ram rgb does not power up

You should remove the CMOS battery for at least 30 minutes before replacing it. Also, are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? You should ideally list your specs to your system, like so:

and the battery was out for 2 days psu unplugged and off
