So i've been looking to buy a used gaming rig to play rocket league on. I have the opportunity to buy one with the following stats for $300:

Specs:
i7 2600k @ 3.4ghz
Msi GTX 1060 6gb GDDR5
16gb (4x4gb) DDR3 1600mhz
128gb sandisk SSD
2tb WD Green HDD
Z68 pro3 gen3 lga 1155 motherboard
4x rgb fans with remote (also 200mm fan on top of case)
Thermaltake 600w 80+ bronze powersupply

Assuming everything is in good condition would this be a good deal?

What things should I ask/find out from the buyer first? Are there any tests I should do to verify the integrity of the system or individual components?

What games (E.g. "Rocket League" do you play or intend to play?

Most software lists the necessary hardware requirements in some manner.

E.g.: Minimal, Recommended, and Best.

You do not want Minimal and you do want as much "Best" as you can afford.

Who/where are you buying the Gaming PC? What warranties are they offering?

The first thing that concerns me is that 128 GB SSD. Too small for most end user requirements.

What OS is being offered?

According to a benchmarking website, the cpu, gpu, and ram all score at least 200% of the recommended settings. I literally just want to be able to play rocket league at 150+ fps on high settings at 1440
