Hello. Thank you for your reply. I looked at your list and actually had to calculate it because I didn't believe you could get such good components into this budget. That said though, there are a few things that I would have to change. First, the case. Second, the PSU. Third, the CPU. Not only is the Ryzen 5 1500X better, but it is literally only a dollar more. You can also overclock the 1500X, you can't for the i5-7500.

If you plan on streaming or doing video editing then go for Ryzen otherwise the fps difference between R5 1500X and i5-7500 is minimal even with OC and without OC i5-7500 beats R5 1500X in majority of games. Even the difference in fps between the OC R5 1500X and i5-7500 is very small when compared to gain in fps you get from GTX1060 6GB over RX 460 4GB. If you are going for Gaming PC i5-7500 GTX1060 will outperform R5 1500X(OC) RX 460 combo.
Case and PSU. Well practically if you are getting greater performance with bit compromise on looks that should be worth it. But you can probably fit in the PSU and Case you want in that budget without much compromises.

I forgot to update my parts list but I have upgraded the Sapphire RX 460 Nitro 4GB to a MSI RX 470 4GB Armor OC. I will be doing video streaming/recording so I think I'm staying with Ryzen.

Yes in that case Ryzen is more stable.

Yeah the R5s are definitely not a bad purchase especially for the $249 asking price for the R5-1600X, and $209 for the R5-1600. Especially compared to the Intel equivalent, for your purposes.
