Hey. After some reading:

this is the build:
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
Storage: WD Black Cavier 1TB
Video Card: Radeon 7870
Case: (will decide on-spot)
Power Supply: (not sure)

1) Is the build balanced?

2) What im not sure about is which mobo should i get. The one i selected, is it good enough or should i go for Gigabyte, Intel, Asus etc

3) My mind is fixed on the CPU & GPU I mentioned. Although I wanted to know which Manufacturer I should opt for? Theres a variety in my market. Saphire, EVGA, HIS, MSI, GIGABYTE, ASUS etc.

4) how much PSU would i need for this rig? and which company?

5) also would i need a CPU Cooler? if yes, which one?

6) im trying to keep the build under $800 - $850.. Because I'll also be buying a Monitor. 22" Max.. Need recommendations for that as well.

Kindly answer my questions. Thankyou :)

i would make some changes

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K >> i5-4670K
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 >> Z87 Extreme4
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
Storage: WD Black Cavier 1TB >> WD Blue, same hdd, cheaper
Video Card: Radeon 7870 >> 270X
Case: (will decide on-spot)
Power Supply: (not sure) anything from Corsair, Seasonic and XFX 500W or above

WD Blue is not the same as Black. Black is def faster, but in real life it's probably not that big of a difference. I say if Black is less than $20 difference I'd go black.

Also the 3570k is plenty capable.

doesnt 7870 synergizes better with i5 3570k, instead of the 270X?
and what manufacturer do YOU recommend for GPU ?
