The new IB processors should be released by then. Wiith your budget go with the top IB CPU.

You can go with a dual GTX 680 rather than the 690/7990.

if your power outlets can handle it go with the Lepa gold 1600 W PSU.

The ASUS P8Z77 seems to be the mobo for you.

My advice for a $4,000-$5,000 gaming PC is always the same: Build a $1,500-$2,000 gaming PC and watch it get exactly the same performance other than pure benchmarks. Then build yourself another one in a couple years if you must.
