Question Need advice for a 3080ti

Just got a 3080ti for a good price and if I can somehow fit it into my its case, I have. A few questions.

1. Can I use my 650watt Corsair for right now since I only have a r5 3600? ( I understand it will be a big bottleneck but I can’t afford the whole system upgrade at this moment in time )
2. If I cannot find my second gpu power cable for my psu can I just use 2/3 power slots on the 3080ti?

Uh no. You need to plug in all the power connectors into the gpu. you cant just skip one
