Additional Comments:
I want to play games like Fallout 4, Anthem, cyberpunk 2077, RDR2 when it eventually comes out for pc and any other future games with decent settings. I'd like to be able to use photoshop and maybe do some video editing too. I'm also thinking about buying win 10 from a site like kingquin would that be a bad idea?

Why Are You Upgrading: My old pc is dying and everything in it is outdated by several years. I want to be able to play the latest games smoothly and be able to use editing software without getting locked up

Here are some parts I threw together that I think would be good for what I want, but I'm not exactly a pro pc builder so any advice would be a big help. I kind of want to get the Sapphire rx 590 nitro instead of the Diamond because I hear its a better brand and the performance is a little better than a 580
I have an Asus Ips monitor, optical drive, Logitech g203 mouse, Logitech keyboard,  iHAS124 optical drive, corsair cx500, random case fans all from my old build that I can maybe use, but I plan to replace these down the line
