Need advice for building a gaming/streaming pc

Hey, im luciano from argentina and i want to build a pc for gaming and streaming, mainly i play company of heroes 2 and i want to stream it, it would be cool to stream other games but im cool if i can stream coh2 properly. Currently im streaming/playing coh2 but with a poor performance. I need suggestions for what should i get and prices. Thank you for the help

CPU: AMD FX 6100 6 core prossesor 3.30 GHz
GPU: Xfx Ati Radeon Hd 6770 1gb
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 EVO
Ram: 8GB ddr3 Kingston

Do you have a set budget for the build?
