Need Advice for Graphics card

SO I am going to buy a better graphics card than I have right now,

I've upgraded my power supply to : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139005
And the graphics card I am looking at is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161440

Do i need more power or am I missing something?

If anybody else is having problems with the my setup link tell me.

"Access Denied" ---for My setup link

for r9 280x, 650 Watts psu will be fine.

The power supply you have bought will have no trouble running your system with the R9 280X.
