Need advice for motherboard and RAM.

Hello guys. So i was wondering what motherboard would fit my pc the best.
I already have some of my parts and i'm going to list them below.
Intel core i5 6400 Skylake
MSI GeForce 960 GTX 4GB
1TB Hard drive
Nova mid tower case
550 watts power supply.
Any advice is greatly appreciated. My price range is probably up to 100 -110 dollars with ram in mind. Thank you.

I know its a little over budget, but that is a great MB especially with the $20 rebate atm.

i would go for this, dual channel ram isnt really that necessary at all wont improve your gaming experience one bit.
