I need some advice for my build. This is my first time build my own PC and I will be using this PC mostly on gaming, video rendering, photoshop, after effects, and browsing. I need some comments from all of you. I accept all the advices and thank you for that.

I am sorry but low budget and professtional programs will do not go together well and that build will just take a long time to do anything fancy in AfterEffects and/or render anything over 100 frames long in at or higher than 720p
 
Looking at the build you had outlined, and not knowing any budget, I'd guess this would work fine for you. If you add a Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler and overclock it you can squeeze some additional performance out of it:
