need advice for new build 2x r9 270x

Hi there, I'm new here so I need some advice from any of you. I'm making gaming pc based amd fx8350 + r9 270x(x2 in future) 8gb ram( maybe 32 in future for ramdisk) 220-240gb using asus v crosshair formula-z.. So basically how many do I need to powered up my system and I need recommendation for psu preferred cooler master. And I bought cooler master haf 912 advanced. Cpu cooler cooler master v8 gtsThanks.
