When you installed the Win10 on that HDD, it also loaded drivers compatible with that hardware. On your new pc, the hardware is different and there will be driver compatibility issues as they are embedded to Windows registry during installation.
Do a clean install to run it without any issues.
If the hard drive has Windows installed on a different PC, your best bet is to format and do a clean install. You can do the install from a flash drive or DVD.
