Hello,i plan to buy a new Gpu, either a rx580 or a 1070ti,but because they are big power consumers i will need a new psu for sure, cause my current one is sh*t.I need advice on which one to buy,but it need's to be within my budget.(around 80 euros=10k dinars).
Here is my rig:
Cpu: ryzen 5 1600
Mobo:Asus prime a320
Ram:2x8Gb sticks
1xHDD and 1xSSD
I don't plan on overclocking anything.

Actually no, 750W is overkill for your system.

The Seasonic Focus Plus 550W is in the same price range as those two, and it's MUCH better than either.

either a rx580 or a 1070ti
Which brand 1070ti/RX580 are you planning on buying?
You would need 500W at least. Also, 1070Ti is much better.

I have no idea what I'm reading but this seems to be a scary deal. No one likes Raidmax here but it may be a reputable brand there.

Are there no EVGA, Corsair, Seasonic over there?

There is a cheap Manli 1070ti for 400 euros, that's why it's an option for me.
For the rx580 there are alot in the same price range (little less than 300 euros)
And yeah,i know the 1070ti is much better,so i will probably get that one.
Thanks

The problem is i can't find any of the good ones and not expensive ones from this list

I linked a Seasonic that is in your range.

Do not buy a cheap psu.

A cheap PSU will be made of substandard components. It will not have safety and overload protections.
If it fails under load, it can destroy anything it is connected to.
It will deliver advertised power only at room temperatures, not at higher temperatures found when installed in a case.
The wattage will be delivered on the 3 and 5v rails, not on the 12v rails where modern parts
like the CPU and Graphics cards need it. What power is delivered may fluctuate and cause instability
issues that are hard to diagnose.
The fan will need to spin up higher to cool it, making it noisy.
A cheap PSU can become very expensive. Do not buy one.

If you must, defer on the hard drive and use only a ssd for a while.
Buy a cheap case..
Anything but a cheap psu.

They start from 86 euros+ so they are a bit over my budget, but if they are good i can add they money:
620W Seasonic SS-620GM2
750W Corsair CX750
750W EVGA 750 BQ

Are these two better than the Seasonic: 750W Corsair CX750 or 750W EVGA 750 BQ
I will buy them if neccessary,as geofelt said,i should't risk my components and i dont change my psu that often,so i will pay a little bit more if needed.

Solution
750W EVGA 750 BQ should be higher quality than Seasonic SS 620W.

If you mean this for Corsair. It's better than Seasonic too.

I would rank it like this:
Corsair CX750 = EVGA 750 BQ > Seasonic SS 620W
-------------------------
BTW, I have nothing against going with bigger PSUs but you're going too high with 750W. If you're not going to upgrade other parts in 2-3 years, you won't need that much. But it's true that good PSUs last a long time (5+ years).

The BQ's aren't all that great and the CX's are hit and miss depending (Budget unit) The EVGA GQ's are OK though.

The Seasonic 620W is a proven unit and rock solid.

Although I would recommend the Seasonic Focus Plus over any of them.

I will not upgrade other parts,i want to buy a new Gpu and not touch the Pc for a while,so i will go with the Season Focus Plus 550W jankerson suggested,i found it in a shop for 12k(100 euro) with 5 years warranty. Thanks everybody for helping and answering very fast :)

Focus plus gold is very good.
I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say 20%.
It will allow for a stronger future graphics card upgrade.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.

That’s a complete contradiction. How can a much cheaper design, much lower quality PSU be so much better... Read some reviews.

And what do you mean by the CX’s ‘hit and miss’?
