Question Need advice for part upgrade

I have £170 to spend including a new psu I need (I'm going for the Corsair cx450)

That's means I have £125 left

Current spec:
I5 2300 2.8th
GTX 960 2gb
12gb ram

Yep, solid state is good for that system, the CPU and video card are a pretty good match. I would go with a higher wattage PSU, won't cost much more and if you replace the system you can move the power supply over to that one. If you buy a lower wattage one now to save $10 or 20 it may be harder later to look at other upgrades.

I agree, I'd go 550W on the PSU.
