[SOLVED] Need advice for this set up

Hi there everyone !
I'm gonna build a rig with an RX 6600 XT since its price cheaper than RTX 3060 (and i think its better in performance overall except the ray tracing), but its always comes with bundle in my country.
There are two choices

1. cost about $1.245
Processor : AMD - Ryzen 5 3500
Motherboard : ASUS - TUF GAMING B450M-PRO II
Graphic Card : ASUS - Dual Radeon RX 6600 XT OC Edition 8GB GDDR6

SSD : WD - Blue SN550 NVMe 250GB
Power Supplies : be quiet! - System Power 9 600W
CPU Cooler : Stock Cooling

2. cost about $1.181
Processor : Intel - Core i5 10400F Tray
Motherboard : ASRock - B560M Pro4
Graphic Card : XFX - QICK 308 Radeon RX 6600 XT Black 8GB
Memory : Kingston - KF432C16BBK2/16 | 16GB (8GB x2) 3200MHz
SSD : WD - Blue SN550 NVMe 250GB
Power Supplies : be quiet! - System Power 9 600W
CPU Cooler : Jonsbo - CR 1200
Cases : DarkFlash - DLM21 Mesh Black

I have extra budget around $150, which one should i upgrade other than storage ?
I can purchase the graphic card alone but it would cost way too expesnive ($100 - $150 extra cash for that)
Fyi, there's no stock for flagship level graphic card, so yeah maybe tell me the best between those 2 cards

You don't want a Ryzen 3500X because it lacks SMT.

System Power 9 is crap with a 6600 XT. Spend some extra money for a decent PSU like Corsair TXM/RM/RMx, Fractal Design ION+ or Gold, EVGA Supernova G6, Enermax Revolution D.F., Super Flower Leadex III Gold, Thermaltake GF1 PE. 550w-650w is plenty.
