Seasonic Plus gold 550w
1080p 60hz Monitor
OR

1080p 144hz Monitor
Which One Should I get? or are there better stuff to get thanks.

You should include detailed specs for your build. What type of rams are you working with? A dual channel kit rated to run at DDR4-3200MHz will help provide some more oomph to the platform, if you decide to go for the R5 2600.

im not the best with pcs so thats just the stuff i think i should Upgrade But if theres More Important Stuff I should Prioritize/ Better stuff to Upgrade Then I would I just dont know what
