Appreciate any help and thank you for taking the time to read,

Solution
Anyway you dont need 750w PSU unless you planning to SLI or Crossfire you card in the futute.
Also you dont need 16gb RAM
And i add you better GPU from GTX 760.

WTF ! 400$ motherboard for gaming ?!
Also you dont need more then 8GB Ram for gaming.
Also you have a result of 1267$ but you didnt count the PSU and the CPU look better.

Take a look at this, much better than what you currently have:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Green 3TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: XFX Radeon R9 280X 3GB Video Card
Case: Thermaltake VN900A1W2N (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case
PSU: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
OS: Microsoft Windows 8 (OEM) (64-bit)

Total: $1314.00
http://

Edit:
Just change the HDD from the list to this,
http://

Revised Total:
$1318

Check the edit, swapped it for a 7200rpm
Whats the difference?
1) Cheaper
2) Bigger hdd
3) Windows 8
4) Better mobo

thanks both for the feedback.
I thought i might of been slammed for stuff not being compatible.
I wanted to to make sure it was future proof for gamming for a few years without struggling and i do want to attempt to over clock.
Would i need to look at a seperate cpu cooler?
What would be the smallest case i could fit it in without being too cramped.
After doing more research im set on the GPU, MB, RAM you both suggested.

Theres really no such thing as future proofing, as the way games are changing currently, you cant really say. But, that rig should definitely last you a good couple of years, especially the processor which can overclock and that card is quite powerful.

If you are overclocking, you will definitely need an aftermarket cooler. You can pick up a cooler master hyper 212 evo for about $40, http://

A mid tower case should be the smallest you should go, choose one that appeals to you but you should always look at the ventilation and the number of fans that can be added on

The board I listed (asrock z87 extreme4) is great for overclocking and is one of the best boards for the money. You can also add a second gpu later on if you feel performance is lacking

1)Cheaper for 20$?
2)Bigger HDD but with 5200 RPM it will slow him down the pc so much.
3)He want Windows 7 if you can see his build
4)He dont need Extreme 4 for gaming not even 3. This motherboards made for OC.

1) More like cheaper and better

2) You should open your eyes and read, let me quote it out for you, by the way, if you have glasses put it on, "check the edit, swapped it for a 7200RPM", you should check my previous post, the one with my build, and the part where it says Edit, see it now?, and the link after that

3) He didn't specifically say he wanted windows 7 in his post, again read

4) Extreme4 is better than the extreme3, more power phases, more ports, more features. And he now does say that he wants to overclock so the extreme4 will be better

That build is fine and remember, if you are swapping the cpu to the 4670k, make sure to swap the mobo to the 1150 socket one with the z87 chipset. Also, I thought you where from Austrailia, so why are you looking at UK sites?

Thankyou for calling it out, i didnt realise the CPU wouldnt go with the MB.
I am from Australia, now that most of the parts are picked out i have to find the easiest place to order them.

3rd gen processors, like the 3570k or any 3xxx series processor will go with the 1155 socket mobo, like the one from your list
ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard

4th gen processors, like the 4670k or any 4xxx series processor will go with a 1150 socket mobo, like
ASRock z87 Extreme4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Wouldn't it be easier and cheaper to buy it from Australia?, because you would have to pay import tax if you buy it from the UK
