I wanna get either a i5-4440 - 4 cores / 4 Threads 3.3Ghz Turbo skt 1150 or i5 4670K - 4 cores / 4 Threads 3.8Ghz Turbo skt 1150.

The sourse i wanna get is a CHP-450A chiefte,is a old model i think,i wanna know if this is a decent source.

I also wanna get a new case: http://www.inwin-style.com/en/goods.php?act=view&id=BR-665

Give some advice.I really wanna change the CPU for now and then when i get money to get a good GPU.Is a i5 good for gaming and some fraps record?
Should i get the 4440 or 4670k?I dont plan for now to make overclocking since i dont have a good cooler.

Solution
For CPU, if you dont overclock go for i5 4460.

For power supply, go for EVGA 430 Watt PSU. IF budget allows go for a higher quality XFX 550 watt PSU

For case, go for Cougar Spike (mATX) or Corsair Carbide 200R (ATX). These are very good cases

You said you plan to upgrade your GPU. If you game at 1080p = get GTX 960. If you game at 1440p = get GTX 970 or 980

Cheers :)
I5 will be enough for gaming, if you will record your gameplay i would consider Xeon E3 1231 v3, which performs the same as i7 4770 but it doesnt have IGPU so more threads on XEON will help with recording so there will be minimum FPS loss when recording.

You should really upgrade your RAM to 8gb

Chiftec PSU are crap, thats why they put them in pre-build PC to save on parts to make bigger profit, Get PSU from Tier 1 or 2, if they cost too much get one from Tier 3 but dont go any lower

PSU tier list - http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

What wattage you should get depends on which GPU you will buy later.

here you can see how much power does which GPU need - http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm
