So I'm looking to buy a pc from this guy named Clayton. His website is http://www.valkyrie-pc.com/ now I'm going to meet him in person tomorrow, and he told me he didn't want to buy any parts without some down payment so he doesn't lose money if i op'td out. Now so I know I won't lose money or get scammed, what paperwork would I need him to sign, etc. so if god forbids he just doesn't build my pc I can sue him and get all my money back? Thanks for response in advance!

Solution
I would be cautious as the website was only registered on Jan 10th of 2015. I notice this company is in Castle Rock - I am also a fellow Coloradoan. From the website it looks like this is going to be an expensive purchase. It is easy to find people to take your money, there are salesmen everywhere, but it might be better to do some more research and find out exactly what you need rather than letting a salesman tell you how much of your money he would like.

When I first started out I built computers for people and massively overcharged them too. You don't have to spend a fortune on computers anymore, and you should treat their components as disposable parts that will need frequent upgrades.

I would highly advise you to leave out...

I would highly advise you to leave out the middleman - he needs you much more than you need him. Don't give him any money until you get a list of specs on the computer he intends to build and you look up comparable systems from other vendors first.
