Question Need advice if this list is worth the money and the longevity.

Pc Parts List

I aim to play in 1440p and play heavy triple A titles. I have the gpu on hand so the rest is cheaper. I plan to stream and render hence the 13700k, I had a 12600k before and it was struggling so I need the 13700k. I also aim to overclock the gpu and cpu for fun. Please let me know your thoughts!

As for longevity, regardless of what you buy now, in three to four years it'll probably seem old and slow.

thx decided to switch my dark rock pro for the fc 140 as i need this for a few months while i save money to go fully diy water cooling. reviews say this is a beast for the money and hangs with noctua and be quiet in terms of top perfomance, thx again
