Need advice in Buying a cheap PC for gaming

Hi everyone.

Firstly i am not too sure if i should post this in Gaming section or Systems sections so i apologise in advance if i'm in the wrong place.

i am thinking of buying a CPU for my usual school work and gaming, mainly with games like DotA 2 and CS:GO, i found a computer with these specs:

> Intel Core 2 Duo Processor E8400
> 3GB RAM
> ATI AMD Radeon HD 5450 512MB up to 3GB

Would this system run my games smoothly? Thank you
