Need advice is this pc a good deal?

I've been doing my research a bit and to me this pc seems like steal. I'm pretty sure this pc is cheaper to buy than to build. Need some advice thinking about buying it if it's a good deal.

Yes that is a good deal. Even if the price is a little over what you'd spend building it, it would still be worth it.

And PSU is standard ATX, upgradable, Ryzen, good, possibly overclockable even in Dell (there are ways), roomy inside (just finished tweaking cheaper version for my friends) and I like Blue light (I think you can change color in BIOS).

I agree higher MHz memory will take advantage of AMD's infinity fabric, but it is not a deal breaker. Due to inflated memory pricing he'd be better off waiting until the 16gb needs to be upgraded, then purchase a 32gb 3200mhz kit. Additionally, the difference in ram speed won't be noticeable to the naked eye. Especially if he's not enthusiast level and he isn't because he's purchasing a prebuilt with a RX 580. He's a casual gamer and doesn't need a high bench marking score for video editing/transcoding so 2400mhz will be more than adequate to push the RX 580 to full load, at 1080p or higher resolutions.
