Hello there,
My machine is HP Z800 base model workstation
  • Processor : Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5670 @ 2.93GHz (2 processors)
  • 32GB - M393B5170FH0-CH9Q5 Samsung 4gb DDR3 1333mhz Pc3-10600 240-Pin Ecc Reg - 4GB X 8
When i run HP PERFORMANCE ADVISOR and get my ram report says :
"During startup, HP Performance Advisor found the following potential issues with the configuration of this computer:
Memory
Maximum memory performance is achieved through a balanced configuration of memory spread evenly across all active memory channels. When there is more than one DIMM slot per channel, fill the inner layer closest to the CPU before adding memory to an outer layer.

• Unpopulated memory channel - Memory bandwidth is maximized by utilizing all memory channels; one or more channels in this system have no memory attached."
and when i desided to install Memory i went to Z800 manual to know what is the corrct way to install 32GB to the Dimms .. and i`ve found that table . and i did it as they told me .
- For CPU0 : 16GB
