Need advice motherboard for a i5 4460

I am looking at getting the i5 4460 and need to pick a motherboard and 8g ram to finish the build.
there are many to choose from and i'm not sure which one to get. I don't need to OC, SLI, or more the 16g of ram. only need 1 pci slot for a gpu card. I have a full ATX tower which has plenty of room. Of course the lower the cost the better but i dont want to buy junk either. Not needing a bios update just to use it would be nice too.

So any advice for 1) LGA1150 motherboard and 4gb of ram would be greatly appreciated.

cheapest is the msi h81-p33 it will work with the 4460 as that is what i am using right now with my 4460 - but add a little and get the h97 for better features and capacitors.

A lot of budget builders have built a lot of systems with ASUS H81M boards. The H81M-A is the one I'm looking at for a low end build for my neuighbor.
These boards are mATX. If you're looking for an ITX/ATX/EATX board you need to be more specific.

ATX or Micro ATX will fit.
