Question Need Advice - New PC with RX 580 8Gb

Hello, so basically I have a PC with DDR3 RAM, and AM3+ mobo. I already have RX 580 XFX 8GB, SSD and Seasonic focus 750px 750w 80+ platinum. I am looking to buy a Motherboard, CPU and RAM memory. I am on a budget. I found this parts, so I was wondering if it's alright for future years and so on, I need advice .

ASRock AM4 B450M-HDV R4.0 = 60 Eur
AMD AM4 Ryzen 5 2600X, 3.6GHz BOX = 150 Eur
DIMM DDR4 2x8GB 3200MHz Kingston HyperX Predator CL16, HX432C16PB3K2/16 = 75 Eur

These are the prices in my country, so I am looking for around 300Eur budget.

Try and get 3600+mhz RAM.

Also while the 2600 isnt a bad CPU if you can look around for a new on sale or a used 3600 it would be a better purchase. If you cant find a 3600 for a good price check the used market for a used 2700, might as well max your performance per dollar if possible.

Another thing while the motherboard you picked isn't terrible the Gigabyte B450M DS3H IMO is a better board due to better VRM cooling and it should be roughly the same price

CPU is around 90eur more for 2700 used, 100eur more for 3600, that is way over my budget, even used.
And for RAM, it's around 40e more,

which I unfortunately, cannot afford.
