First up I would change the GPU to a GTX 480, to take advantage of CUDA while rendering.

Scrap the Sparkle and get a quality PSU such as the 850HX, that is tested and will actually do a better job.

^+1 for the PSU and Nvidia card...though for gaming, I still would prefer ATI, but the CUDA feature from Nvidia will certainly benefit the apps that you will be using...and you can see a great reduction in processing time...

As for the RAM, if you are planning for high overclock, then those RAM kits are fine...as the higher speeds will allow you to reach higher clock speeds easy...
But I would suggest a kit like this...

Yes a 12GB kit with 3 sticks...
Reason:
- More the RAM, the better for rendering and Photoshop...
- You will not be able to set high speeds on memories if you plan to populate all the 6 slots to get 12GB...
- Having 3 slots free would allow for future memory upgrades...

And as for the build, some changes...

1. Mobo - The mobo is a good one, but I am sure you will not use its added features... Reason - Why would you need 4 PCIe slots running @ x16 when you will be running a HD 5970 ??
My choice would be this one...

Why the GTX 470 and not the GTX480?

^ GTX 470 is a better value...
And if you are planning for 2 cards and also will overclock, then you might want to check out the new cards(GF104) that Nvidia will be launching by Mid-July...those are supposed to be very efficient than the GF100 chips and will have good overclocking headroom...

gtx for cuda and for better performance in tessellation did u get the ASUS P6X58D Premium i would have prefered the gigabyte ga x58a ud3r same features of the ASUS P6X58D Premium but at a lower price also some people say that it oces better

not really the amount of RAM but the Timing of the RAM.... I don't think i will be overclock the RAM only video card and the processor.

I wouldn't get 470 sli at the start. It removes your upgrade path, you can bump up performanceby 45percent max when you add your third 470. If a 470 isn't enough for you I'd opt for a 480. 480s have the best upgrade path on the market.
