Need advice on a Budget Intel Gaming Build

Hi I am building a new PC which I will mainly be using for gaming and surfing the web.

Budget range: $500-$900 not including monitor or OS
Location: Melbourne, Australia
Overclocking: No
SlI and crossfire: No

CPU: i5-3570 $202
Hard drive: Seagate sata 3 1tb $74
GPU: Asus GTX660-DC2O-2G $255
RAM: 8gb kit 1600 G.Skill Ripjaws-X $44
Optical drive: SATA DVD RW Samsung $19
CPU cooler: Coolermaster Universal Hyper 212 EVO $34
MOBO: AsRock Z77-Extreme4-M $114

Please tell me what you think of this build, recommend better parts, better places to buy from, etc.

its a pretty good build .
however if you arent going to be overclocking you could instead get an i5-3330 or 3450 which would save you some bucks.
also you could get a cheaper H77 board because gain if you arent overclocking you dont need a Z77 board.
also no need to get hyper 212 evo as its only for those who want to overclock their cpu.
rest of the build is good

Thanks a lot for the advice I have looked into the parts you have suggested and decided to go with a i5-3470 ($185) and use the stock cooler,
but I am having trouble deciding which of these motherboards to buy.
Asus P8H77-M LE $84
Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H $85
ASUS P8H77-M $92
ASRock H77M $79

If you could help me out even more be telling me you which on you think is best or a mobo that is better value, that would be great!

get either of the Asus or Gigabyte. both are very good.
