Planned Build:
ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
AX860 Corsair Platnium Rating PSU
32 GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE 1600 DDR3
RADEON R9 390 STRIX DDR5 8 GB
Corsair 100i v2 Extreme liquid CPU cooler

My question is:

Can this motherboard and cooler sufficiently accommodate for the AMD FX -9370, or should I just get an FX 8350 or 8370?

I appreciate it, but I really would like to know about the AMD processor.

I have everything on the list except the mobo, cpu, and cooler. I'm not spending more than 500 bucks on it all.

Since you don't have mobo, cooler and CPU get this. It's fully compatible with your other parts. This stuff is so much better than AMD can offer, even the 9590, and runs cooler and more efficient

I disagree with the others entirely. You're on a good track if you already have the CPU. If you didn't have the CPU i'D recommend intel but as said there's no point spending more money on what you don't need. CPU cooler and mobo are fine together. I'd personally go with this though:

kinda jhust boticed op has not bought a cpu, lemme configure a good build for the USA for around $900-1000 total

After being an AMD customer for 10+ years, I think it's finally time to go to the darkside.

Intel Core BX80646I74790K i7-4790K Processor (8M Cache, up to 4.40 GHz)
MSI Performance Gaming Intel Z170A LGA 1151 DDR4 USB 3.1 ATX Motherboard (Z170A Krait Gaming)
Corsair Hydro Series H100i v2 Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler , Black

I went almost a hundred bucks over my budget, but instead of being too scared to make the switch, I'm finally just going to do it.
I'm still sticking with AMD cards, though. 😛

He has everything expect CPU, cooler and mobo. Read plz

Wouldn't a liquid cooler be better in case I decided to overclock in the future?

I can't stand this anymore I need to apchange my signature

A good air cooler will easily match the performance of a liquid cooler. Like come on a good dark rock pro 3 or a noctua nh d15 will be as good as a h100i in terms of performance, and also 30dB quieter. For 20 dollars less. Liquid cooling also depends highly on ambient temps. If it's hot indoors, then the water is hot too. Less efficient.

19.03 to be exact.

Solution

I think it'll do well. Welp. Thanks for y'all's help. I'm looking forward to seeing how my Intel rig is going to run.

Hey Dustin, I read the post but not the reply as I generally don't look into some of the replies as I like to just configure something. Look I saw after I configured that parts list about the OP not having a CPU, anyways my refined parts list as a full build: - Side note, GPU is not added as it'd be better to wait and drop a GTX 1070 in it.
